2 kilos less

Akhirnya berat badan gue turun 2 kilo loh!!!! hohohohoho… *seneng deh*

How come?
karena gue mencret 3 kali sehari selama 4 hari!!!

I dunno if that’s the reason timbangan gue turun. But I think it played a part sih hehehe. Gue ga tau knapa gue mencret2 nya seheboh itu. Gue sampe ngira2 maybe gara2 gue makan masakan gue sendiri.

But ya, abis seminggu an gitu baru perut gue kembali normal. I have no idea what happened mungkin Tuhan lagi kuarin smua toxic2 didalam tubuh gue lewat mencret, and skalian ngabulin permintaan gue buat turun berat badan…hehehe  *sesat*

Gue sih pertama kali ga nyadar kalo gue kurusan karena gue ga berani nimbang. Tapi gara2 si Michael tuh yg dah beberapa bulan ga liat gue, tiba2 nyeletuk pas ketemu, ‘eh cici kurusan yaaa?’, then beberapa orang juga ngomong yg sama… baru deh gue berani nimbang. Dan beneran loh gue turun 2 kiloooo.

So what’s the secret?
I seriously think salah satu penolongnya adalah mencret2 itu.. kekekeke. But selain itu gue juga lebih banyak makan pisang dan roti raisin lah. Less rice for my lunch and dinner. Akhir2 ini gue lebih sering ngemil banana and roti raisin itu kalo sore2 dikantor, jadi pas pulang dari kantor ga ganas kelaparan buat dinner.

And maybe juga, hampir tiap minggu gue makan Subway loh. Karena beberapa minggu terakhir ini gue harus cabut langsung ke kebaktian 3 and ga ikut anak2 makan lunch after church. Maybe that helped.

So my resolution for this year:
– eating healthier?
ok it’s checked

– lose weight?
checked

– eat less chilli?
cuma tahan for 2-3 weeks. After that balik ganas lagi…

– exercise?
None. Nol. Nil. Nihil.

Beneran gue belon exercise sampe skarang. The only exercise that I got itu pas tiap minggu loncat2 di gereja pas praise and worship… hehehhehe. Itu aja udah ngos2an loh. Apalagi kalo sambil nyanyi and megang mike.

Pas kapan ari diajakin anak2 maen basket, gue cuma dateng and duduk buat ngecengin mereka. Sampe my mentor bilang gini the next weeknya:
“Kamu tiap minggu ikut kita ya nanti maen basket. Jangan kayak minggu lalu cuma duduk.  Kamu itu harus fit!!! Nanti kamu gimana kalo pegi misi dan sudah berkeluarga, harus gendong anak dibelakang, bawa bayi didepan, angkat koper berat di tangan. Gimana kalo kamu ga fit??? Ayok kamu harus keluar dari comfort zone kamu!”

hAUEhAUEHUAEHUAHEAEa… ok deh ciiiii….

Gue kepikiran sih gue mao coba exercise tapi gue ga mao ikutan basket ah. Paling males gue rebut2an bola. Enakan juga rebutan joysticknya Playstation😛

So, gue udah mikir2 exercise apa yg gue bisa lakuin. Gue kepikir skipping aja deh. Jadi beberapa minggu lalu gue udah nitip Kenan buat beliin gue skipping rope yg katanya di jual di skolah dia. But ternyata minggu lalu baru dia bilang kalo skolahnya ga jual lagi. So akhirnya dia yg nawarin supaya gue pinjem punya dia aja.

And guess what it looks like… Gue sampe ngakak pas liatnya…

AHEuHAEuhAUEhuhaeuAEaeE… gue kirain itu punya dia. Ternyata skipping ropenya punya si Keyla. Adik Kenan yg super duper imut.

Gile. Yg bener aja gue skipping pake gituan. Ada gambar2 hamster, warna pink and talinya ada glitter2 lagi!!! Untung gue pakenya dikamar aja kekekkekekkeke.

So how many times have I skipped using that thing?
Cuma 15 kali puteran tadi pagi… HAEUhAUEHUAEHUAEe

    Try DDR. Lebih fun dari skipping kalo gue bilang. Ngebantu gue banget pas 3 minggu lagi mau kondangan sodara (baca: wajib kudu musti harus dateng) and suddenly baru ngeh nggak ada gaun yang muat! Tapi yah.. hehehe dasarnya nggak demen OR, begitu gaun udah muat dan kondangan selesai, udah deh DDR kelar juga. ^^
